Pricing FAQs

Yes, advance payment is mandatory for all sessions and packages. This allows us to fully prepare and dedicate our undivided attention to you. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.
All packages are valid for 2 months from the date of your first session. Remaining sessions must be redeemed within this period. We recommend booking ahead to make the most of your package.
Sessions at Feel & Heal are currently self-pay. We can provide a detailed invoice or receipt which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement — please check with your insurer directly.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. If something urgent arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment, and cash at the centre. Payment details will be confirmed when you book your session or package.
